Good Questions, Honest Answers
Everything San Tan Valley neighbors usually want to know before their first visit — and if we missed one, just call.
What areas do you serve around San Tan Valley?
We're based in San Tan Valley (85140) and cover roughly an 18-mile radius: Johnson Ranch, Circle Cross Ranch, Copper Basin, Pecan Creek and Bella Vista Farms, plus nearby Queen Creek and Florence. If you're near that circle, give us a call — we can usually make it work.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. For most jobs we can quote a firm price from a few photos and a quick phone call. Bigger projects get a free in-person look. Either way, you'll have a clear number in hand before we schedule any work.
How does the licensing work — are you a licensed contractor?
Arizona lets a handyman do small jobs without a contractor's license as long as the work stays under the state's $1,000 minor-work limit for labor and materials combined and doesn't need a building permit. We work within that lane. When a job is bigger or needs a licensed electrician, plumber or HVAC pro, we tell you plainly and point you to one.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry general-liability insurance. We're a locally based crew, and we'd want any work in our own homes covered the same way — so we make sure yours is too.
Can I just text you a photo of the problem?
Please do — it's the fastest way to get started. A picture or two of the fixture, wall, door or gate usually tells us what's involved, and often lets us give you a price without a separate trip out.
How do I schedule, and do you keep your times?
Call or text and we'll set a day and a real arrival time, not a vague all-day window. We live in the valley, so when we say Thursday morning we mean it — and if anything changes, we'll let you know ahead, not after.
Can you handle a whole list of small jobs in one visit?
That's how we prefer to work. Bundle the drawer full of to-dos into a single trip — we show up with a stocked trailer and work down the whole list, so you're not scheduling five different trades across the valley.
How do I pay, and when?
We settle up once the work is done and you're happy with it. We take the usual methods — card, check, or the common tap-and-go apps — and you'll always know the price before we start, never a surprise on the invoice.
Got a list? Let's shorten it.
One quick call or text gets you a real price and a real arrival time — usually within the week.
